Police investigate flat blaze in Stanley
Firefighters were called to a blaze in a flat in Stanley this morning.
Police are now investigating the incident on Wordsworth Grove.
Fire crews from Wakefield were called at 9.10am (Monday) and used breathing apparatus to tackle the blaze in the ground floor flat.
One person who was in the building had managed to get out by the time the fire crews arrived.
