Castleford Tigers have appointed three new directors.

The Festival of World Cups Finals Day is the culmination of two weeks of international rugby league in July and promises to offer three exciting  matches to bring the festival to a crescendo. The Police, Womens and Student Rugby League World Cup Finals have three events taking place at Headingley Carnegie Stadium on Sunday July 14.  Tickets are priced at �6 for adults, �2 for under 16s. After reading all the comments made in regards to Castleford Tigers appointing Steve Gill as their new chief executive (Express April 18), I have just two questions of the contributors:

A referendum is required

I attended the Hemsworth Town Council annual meeting on April 18.

Is this democracy in action?

Anyone who attended the annual town meeting for Hemsworth on April 18 must think we live in an undemocratic country.
