Hooker Andy Ellis has hailed the “positive atmosphere” in the Featherstone Rovers camp.
Ellis, who returned to the club earlier this month, said: “Jon (Sharp) has created a great atmosphere.
“You want to be here, you want to play, you want to defend and you want to bust your gut out there for your teammates.
“It is a really positive atmosphere and that’s why we were so disappointed with Monday’s defeat at London Broncos.
“We defended really well. It was just unfortunate there were a couple of lapses.
“We know it will be another tough challenge against Halifax this weekend but we’ll be up for it.”
