SAM HUMPHRIES came out on top as 30 Rotherham GC players competed for the title of Race to Spring champion.
They had qualified through a series of winter events, with the top 30 in the Order of Merit playing off for the championship.
Humphries triumphed with 38pts, finishing one clear of joint runners-up Dan Savage and Shaun Angell.
Rotherham GC professional Gregg Roberts said: "A massive thank you to all the members that took part in the event in what has been a poor winter, with several weekends wiped out due to the weather.
"I hope they have enjoyed the format and if any of them have any thoughts or feedback on how they think it could be improved for next winter, they should let us know."
Victory in the Winter Am-Am went to Mark Marsland, Dean Holbert, Lee Ross and Paul Harrison, who amassed 83pts.
It put them two ahead of runners-up Shane Gent, Darren Draycot, Nigel Whittaker and Lee Marshall.
David Roberts tallied 38pts to win the Pro's Stableford, but he required a countback to get the better of Craig Wheeler. Daniel Savage was third, a point further back.
Rotherham captain Steve Mulligan will stage his end of term Charity Am-Am in aid of Rotherham Cancer care at the club on April 8.
The format for the day is teams of four using a three-quarters handicap allowance.
It is open to both members and guests and entry is £140 per team, which also covers a meal afterwards and a prize table.
It will have a shotgun 1pm start and entries can be made in the pro shop at the club.
