Frickley are looking to take on a new club secretary as part of the on-going off-field and playing structural changes.
This role will encompass the registrations of players, League and FA requirements, annual subscriptions, insurances and licenses, contracts, transfers and loans of players, database of all player information/record keeping, ground grading, transport and logistics, working with the match day secretary and board directors
The club secretary will also be required to attend board meetings and also represent the football club at league and FA events.
While experience in a similar role would be advantageous the club invites anyone who has excellent recording, organisational, IT and communication skills to apply.
The role of match day secretary will remain unchanged.
Club director Ryan McKnight said: “There will be a number of announcements over the coming weeks of how we intend to improve and enlarge the playing opportunities at the football club.
“Whilst this is fantastic for the football club we need to recognise the volume of work that this will mean and thus we are looking to expand the leadership team of the club/business.
“We are heading in a positive direction and this role really needs to be filled by someone that shares our positivity for the direction and strategy we are on and someone that can bring enthusiasm, positivity and hard work to the role.
“I believe this is a very exciting opportunity for someone to join in the exciting changes taking place at Frickley Athletic.”
The role is unpaid but expenses will be paid where appropriate. Anyone interested in the position or who requires further details can contact Ryan McKnight on 07743061264 or email email@example.com
