Frickley Athletic are at home in a rearranged game in the Evo-Stik Premier League this Saturday when they take on Stamford at the SW Jackson Utilities Stadium (kick-off 3pm).
The fixture has been brought forward from its originally scheduled date with both clubs having a spare date after being knocked out of the FA Trophy at the first qualifying round stage.
The Blues will see the game as a chance to climb the table again after slipping to 15th with defeat at Matlock Town last Saturday as Stamford currently sit second from bottom. They have won three times on their travels, however, so cannot be underestimated.
Frickley will be looking to take a step closer to another final in the Sheffield & Hallam Senior Cup when they host Phoenix FC next Wednesday (7.45pm).
Two more of the Blues league games have been altered with the home game against Blyth Spartans being been brought forward, to Tuesday, December 15, kick-off 7.45pm. The away game against Blyth will now take place on Tuesday, February 23, kick-off 7.45pm when the reverse fixture was planned.
