LIAM Finn took his tally to 31 consecutive successful goal kicks over the last four games by converting all Featherstone’s 10 tries in Sunday’s 60-18 win against Dewsbury Rams.
Finn (pictured) is in with a chance of breaking Barry Eaton’s RL goal-kicking world record for most consecutive successful kicks. He landed 38 in a row for Batley Bulldogs in 2003.
Finn has scored in Featherstone’s last 33 matches but he still has a long way to go to beat David Watkins’ record scoring run.
Watkins scored in 92 consecutive matches for Salford from 1972 to 1974.
Finn’s scoring streak began on May 29, 2011, in a 38-18 win at Dewsbury.
He last failed to score in Featherstone’s 70-0 Challenge Cup defeat against St Helens on May 22, 2011.
