Championship opposition again for Rovers and Tigers in cup

Castleford Tigers and Featherstone Rovers have both been given Championship opponents to get past if they are to reach the quarter-finals of this year’s Tetley’s Challenge Cup.

Both were victorious by big margins in today’s fourth round with the Tigers winning 48-10 at Batley Bulldogs and Rovers running out impressive 66-0 winners at home to Crusaders.

In the fifth round draw made immediately after the games Castleford were paired with Sheffield Eagles at the Mend-A-Hose Jungle while Featherstone will have to travel to play Leigh Centurions. The ties are set to be played over the weekend of April 26 and 27.
