Castleford Tigers have been dealt another blow with the loss of forward Matt Cook for their game against St Helens tomorrow night after he was handed a one-match ban by the RFL disciplinary committee.

Cook was banned him for one match for a Grade B reckless strike on Luke Robinson in the second half of last week’s defeat at Huddersfield. He pleaded guilty.

Castleford will also be without the injured Nathan Massey and Jake Webster for the Saints game, but Oliver Holmes (illness) and Michael Shenton (dislocated shoulder) are set to return to the side.
