Key players Justin Carney and Matt Cook are available again and have been included in the 19-man squad named by head coach Daryl Powell for the home game against St Helens at the Mend-A-Hose Jungle on Thursday (kick-off 8pm).

Carney and Cook have both been sidelined since mid-April and have been welcomed back by Powell

He said: “Both will be in contention to play on Thursday night. It’s good that we are getting some players back from injury now which will potentially freshen us up. We’ve some smart players coming back into the team over the next few weeks which will obviously help us.”
