FRICKLEY Athletic will aim to make it three wins on the spin when Rushall Olympic visit the Tech5 Stadium on Saturday (kick-off 3pm).
The on-song Blues progressed in the FA Cup last weekend with a 2-0 win at Garforth Town and won their last Evo-Stik Premier Division match against Stocksbridge Park Steels by the same scoreline.
Saturday’s newly-promoted visitors are expected to provide a tougher test thanks to their fine start to the campaign, which has seen them lose just once in the league so far.
Frickley manager Peter Rinkcavage will also be without a number of key players through injury and suspension.
Striker Peter Knox is unavailable due to work commitments and strike partner Jack Watts is suspended.
The Blues will also be without Alex Callery (thigh) and Michael Simpkins (hamstring) through injury.
It means Rinkcavage will call on some of his fringe players to step up and plug the gap for the visit of Rushall.
The Blues are hoping for a bumper gate for the clash, with a family fun day also taking place at the Westfield Lane ground.
The club is calling on the South Elmsall community and surrounding area to attend to watch the match and enjoy the activities on offer throughout the afternoon.
