As part of our #HealthHeroes campaign, designed to celebrate the thousands of frontline workers keeping us safe, we asked you to tell us about your health heroes.

Whether you have a relative who works at hospital or a friend who's making vital deliveries of PPE, we want to hear about it. Send us your nominations on Facebook, and take just a moment out of your day to applaud those who have already been recognised. These are the Wakefield district's health heroes:
