An amateur bodybuilder from Upton has been crowned Mr Britain after winning has won a national competition last weekend.
Maurice ‘Moz’ Felstead, 44, of Kings Way, won the over 40s category at the National Amateur Bodybuilding Association (NABBA) national finals.
He qualified for the national event after winning the north east regional contest earlier this month and will now go on to compete for the title of Mr Universe in October.
Mr Felstead, who has been bodybuilding for 19 years, said: “It was brilliant. There were about 20 lads from all over Britain and to win is unbelievable.”
