Kind hearts raise cash for life saver in school
Kind-hearted kids helped raise money to buy a life-saving machine for their school premises.
The school council at Methley Primary School chose to arrange discos for year groups across the school , and used the cash raised to install a defibrillator, a machine to help restart a person’s heart after a cardiac arrest.
Year five teacher, Joanna Bell said: “They worked extremely hard to raise the money and chose themselves to have the defibrillator installed in school.”
