Kids’ dancing day is a success

AN ACTION packed day was held by dancing youngsters who hoped to raise money for their performance school.

Children from Dance Fusion showed off their moves in several performances at Hemsworth Sports Centre, including a streedance battle, and a zumba show, put on by Vibe - the adult section of the dance school.

They held the day in the hope of raising funds for a stage and lighting equipment for future performances.

More than 250 people attended the event, which took place on Sunday, May 13 and they raised a staggering £2,247.

Jo Bagg, is a parent volunteer and organised the event.
