Forwards Oliver Holmes and Mike McMeeken return from injury for Castleford Tigers’ Ladbrokes Challenge Cup quarter-final, but Luke Gale is not in Daryl Powell’s 19-man squad after failing to recover from the ankle injury that kept him out of last week’s match against Hull.
