The Beast from the East is on its way toward Britain and forecasters are warning the life-threatening temperatures could see Yorkshire colder than Iceland.
The Met Office has urged people to take extra special care with the elderly and the young as worst-case-scenario predictions suggest a drop in temperatures to at least -13C.
