British Transport Police would like to speak to them after two phones left on a ledge underneath a booking office window in Wakefield Westgate station were taken.

PC Scott Sharlotte said: “The victim placed her two phones on a ledge underneath the booking window whilst purchasing her ticket, and then accidentally left them there when she went to catch her train.

“Upon reviewing CCTV a man and woman approached the same booking office window, asked about trains to Moorthorpe, and then told the cashier it didn’t matter before hastily leaving the booking office and station with the phones.
