Drugs seized during week of raids

Police carried out a drugs raid on suspected dealers on Sunday afternoon.

Officers with specially trained sniffer dogs found cannabis and drugs equipment during a search of a home on Wheatley Avenue, Normanton.

Police cars and vans were parked on the street as a team from Normanton neighbourhood police team (NPT) carried out the drugs warrant after receiving tip-offs from neighbours.
