Castleford Tigers forward Gadwin Springer has been named in the France 26-man train on squad to face England.
The match will take place at the Parc des Sports in Avignon on Saturday, October 22 (6.30pm CET) prior to the Four Nations tournament.
It will be England’s only game ahead of this year’s Four Nations where they will meet New Zealand a week later at The John Smith’s Stadium.
Springer could find himself up against his Tigers team-mate Luke Gale after he was named in the 24 man England squad.
