Another family home in Wakefield is being auctioned for £1 per ticket - and it comes fully furnished and has a man cave
It's the second home in the city to be auctioned online with 400,000 raffle tickets available, each costing just £1.
Earlier this week, Claire Reynolds and Ben Binks won their dream family home in Ossett after owners Dale and Karen Tate raffled it online while planning their move to Australia.

Joanna said: "After acquiring an illness after a very bad accident, I can no longer cope with such a large house and need to downsize. I would love this home to go to a family who will be as happy as I have living here.
"I’ve lived here with my parents since the age of 19 and have a lot of wonderful memories and have also gone on to bring up my own family up here too.
"Everyone who enters the house loves it and says that it has such a happy feel about the place, so I hope it will bring the winner as much happiness as it has us. The bonus is you also get your very own party room! The Man Cave'."
