5. Boo
Boo is a very sweet 3-year-old Boston Terrier who is looking for a new start. She is a shy girl who needs time and space to come round and can be very uncertain of new people. If you let her do her own thing initially and let her get to know you in her own time, she will eventually let you in to her gang. She enjoys little walks in quiet areas and is fine around other dogs. She doesn't want to share her home with any other pets, but she will be able to have walking buddies when out and about.
6. Winter
The picture of Akita perfection, Winter is a gorgeous fluffy pup who loves to snuggle up when he gets to know you. You can easily win his heart with a pocket full of snacks, so make sure to bring those with you on your visit! At 7 years old he isn't too demanding with his exercise, and prefers to potter around the garden and explore for himself. Winter does get a little bit anxious when left alone so he'd prefer to be around people most of the time, and he would need to be the only dog in his home.
7. Taz
Taz is the absolute poster boy for all things Terrier! He's got loads of fun personality and loves the outdoors, but he's not one for too much hands on fussing. Once he really knows you, he does show an affectionate side, but he likes to be in control of any physical contact, so when he shows you he wants to have some alone time, just let him chill. At 10 years old he still has lots of life and energy in him.
8. Twiggy
Fitting to her name, Twiggy has the most beautiful brown eyes in town! At six years old she is a typical laid back lurcher who loves nothing more than lounging around on the sofa. She is very loving with people but can be a bit nervous around other dogs, especially if they are a little loud or bouncy. Twiggy cannot live in a home with other pets due to her hunting nature, but she's happy to live with children over 12 and loves nothing more than curling up for a night at the bottom of their bed.
