FEATHERSTONE Rovers have already sold more than 1,500 tickets for the Northern Rail Cup final against Halifax at Blackpool on Sunday, July 29.
Rovers have also taken 500 bookings for seats on official supporter coaches for their first appearance in the NRC final.
All £20 adult tickets have been sold and £17 adult tickets are selling quickly.
Tickets remain on sale to season ticket holders and the general public.
Rovers chief executive Craig Poskitt (pictured) said: “Sales for our debut at Blackpool have been encouraging as has uptake for travel.
“We received an initial allocation of 2,000 tickets and already requested a further 1,000 tickets. We are also selling breakfasts before fans travel on the official coaches from 8.30am onwards.
“We want to fill our allocated seating areas to give our players as much support as possible and create a carnival atmosphere. The response so far has been fantastic and hopefully on final day, the town of Featherstone and surrounding areas will be resemble a ghost town.
“Before then, we have two important Co-Operative Championship games at the Big Fellas Stadium and we are hoping to beat the attendances for the corresponding fixtures last season.”
Rovers have been allocated the north side of the Bloomfield Stadium which is all seated and they have received an initial allocation of 2,000 tickets with a further 1,100 tickets requested.
Tickets are available from the club office/shop during normal office hours (9am-4pm), Saturday from 10am to 4.30pm and from 1pm on Sunday at the Rovers-Hunslet game.
