Thirty children enjoyed themselves at last week’s Rovers summer camps.

Children chose to join a creative art camp or an Olympic multi-sports camp.

The art campers made salt dough models, decorated buns and made Rovers themed flowers that were displayed at last Saturday’s opening Middle 8s fixture between Featherstone Rovers and Leeds Rhinos.

The multi-sport campers tried out different Olympic sports to develop their skills.

The camps, which were held on Thursday and Friday, were organised by Rovers Foundation head of community development Amy Hardman and community development officers Amy Dobson, Amanda Courtman, Jamie Cording, Misi Taulapapa and Michael Channing.
