Two more players have been charged with disciplinary offences following the 70th minute brawl that saw Featherstone’s Will Sharp and Leigh’s Matt Sarsfield sent off in last Sunday’s Kingstone Press Championship game at Big Fellas Stadium.

Andy Kain (Featherstone) has been charged with Grade B striking and Sean Penkywicz (Leigh) has been charged with Grade A striking as a result of the 70th minute flare-up.

In addition, Featherstone captain Tim Spears has been charged with making a Grade A careless high tackle in the 62nd minute of the same match.

Kain has until 11am next Tuesday to submit an early guilty plea.

Penkywicz and Spears do not have the option of submitting early guilty pleas and will appear before an RFL Disciplinary Tribunal on Tuesday evening.
