Castleford Tigers head coach Daryl Powell has named his 19-man squad to take on Warrington Wolves at the Mend-A-Hose Jungle on Thursday (8pm kick-off).

The squad shows just one change from the one that claimed victory over Hull FC last Friday night with Paul McShane making way for Michael Channing.

Speaking ahead of the game, Tigers boss Powell said: “We are looking to improve in a few areas this week after reviewing last week’s effort.

“We need to get out of the blocks better and our attacking shape and execution is another key area for us to sharpen up.

“Thursday night is going to be a tough challenge against a team who dominated our recent meeting pretty much from the start and were worthy winners.

We are looking to provide a performance that shows how highly motivated we are to create the momentum we need for the weekly challenges we face in the Super 8s.”

Fans can pick up tickets for the match at pre-game day prices from the Tigers Den until 5pm on Wednesday.

Castleford Tigers’ 19-man squad is:

15 Ryan Boyle, 5 Justin Carney, 23 Michael Channing, 12 Matt Cook, 1 Luke Dorn, 21 Liam Finn, 7 Luke Gale, 26 Ashley Gibson, 11 Oliver Holmes, 8 Andy Lynch, 13 Nathan Massey, 24 Mike McMeeken, 10 Grant Millington, 9 Adam Milner, 16 Junior Moors, 6 Ben Roberts, 4 Michael Shenton, 34 Gadwin Springer, 3 Jake Webster.
