Millward: We are working on it

COACH Ian Millward says Castleford Tigers are working to improve their leaky defence.

The Tigers, who lost 46-32 at Bradford Bulls on Monday night, have conceded 544 points in their 16 Super League games this season.

Their play-off hopes are all but over after their 12th defeat of the season at Bradford.

Millward (pictured) said: “We are an inconsistent team.

“When I took over we averaged 30 points against a game and that has not changed.

“I want our fans to know we are working on it.”
