Mariano and Walton set to make Rovers comebacks

FRANKIE Mariano and Jason Walton are set to make their Featherstone Rovers comebacks this weekend.

Scotland international Mariano has missed Featherstone’s last eight matches with a fractured forearm and Walton has missed seven games with knee trouble.

Mariano’s last appearance was in the home defeat against Toulouse in March and Walton has not played since the 38-6 win at Dewsbury Rams at the beginning of last month.

They are both in Featherstone’s 19-man squad for Saturday’s home Championship game against Dewsbury.

Leeds Rhinos dual-registered forwards Jordan Baldwinson and Jack Ormondroyd are also in the squad.
