CHAMPIONS Featherstone ran in nine tries in Sunday's 54-10 Co-operative Championship win at Hunslet Hawks.

Rovers, who are just one point behind leaders Halifax, cruised to their third straight league win.

Jon Hepworth and Nathan Chappell both scored two tries and Liam Finn finished with 22 points from a try and nine goals.

Tommy Saxton (pictured), Ben Kaye, Stuart Dickens and Andy Bostock also crossed.

Chappell has now scored seven tries in the last three games since he made his comeback after undergoing a knee reconstruction.

Ex-Featherstone player Stuart Kain scored a try in each half for the Hawks, who remain second from bottom of the table.
