FRICKLEY Athletic came from a goal down to beat Stafford Rangers 2-1 at Westfield Lane on Saturday.

Daniel Quinn had fired the visitors into a 24th-minute lead before Luke Hinsley levelled for Karl Rose’s men three minutes before half-time.

The Blues started the second half as they’d finished the first and Gavin Allott scored what turned out to be the winner in the 54th minute.

The win was Frickley’s second league success on the spin and moved them out of the Evo-Stik Premier Divsion bottom two.
