Ex-Frickley defender Callum Howe has been named in the Scunthorpe squad for tonight’s game at Westfield Lane.

The Blues face the League Two side tonight in their second home friendly of the pre-season.

Two weeks ago, Frickley lost 4-0 to Doncaster Rovers but put in an encouraging display, and manager Karl Rose will be looking for another committed performance tonight.

New signings Mark Gardner, Stephen Gray and Phil Oniama could all feature for Frickley, while the Iron have brought an 18-man contingent to Westfield Lane.

The full Scunthorpe squad is: James Severn, Christian Ribeiro, George Grayson, Chris Hogg, Callum Howe, Luke Waterfall, Curtis Bateson, Luke Hornsey, Craig Fagan, Deon Burton, Hakeeb Adulakin, Craig Beattie, Pat Weaner, Sam Winnal, Taron Hare, Kyle Wooton, Levi Sutton and Billy Beresford.

The match kicks off at 7pm tonight, admission costs £5 for adults and £2 for concessions.
