NEW signings Patrece Liburd and Micah Bleau could bolster Frickley Athletic’s defence in the Evo-Stik Premier Division game against Hednesford Town today, Saturday.
The two players are set to make their debuts at Westfield Lane as Frickley hope to return to competitive action following the postponement of last weekend’s game at Ashton United.
The Blues began their season at Hednesford in August, losing out 3-2 in an entertaining clash at Keys Park.
Since then, Town have lost only four of their 19 outings and have avoided defeat in their last 10 games, winning eight of them.
That form has put them in second spot in the league, a point adrift of leaders North Ferriby United.
Meanwhile, the Blues are desperate to turn their fortunes around and move away from the wrong end of the table.
