FRICKLEY Athletic will look to haul themselves out of the Evo-Stik Premier Division relegation spots when they host Nantwich Town at the Tech5 Stadium tonight (kick-off 7.45pm).

The Blues will move out of the bottom four if they pick up at least a point against Town tonight, with Hucknall Town and Whitby Town, the sides sitting directly above them in the table, facing each tomorrow night.

Peter Rinkcavage’s men will go into the clash buoyed by a point picked up at Stocksbridge Park Steels at the weekend.

They’ll also be boosted with the decision of striker Ashley Burbeary to remain at the South Elmsall club until the end of the season.

The club has revealed Burbeary has “turned down lucrative offers from two Evo-Stik Premier clubs” to remain at Westfield Lane and help the Blues in the battle against relegation.
