Strongmen from across the country will be taking part in the Yorkshire’s Strongest Man contest in South Elmsall later this month.
They will be competing to be crowned the county’s strongest man at the competition organised by Hulk’s Strongman Division.
The event, at Frickley Athletic FC on Westfield Lane, will include a log lift, tractor pull and a tug of war.
Frickley players will also challenge the strongmen in a tug of war event.
The contest, on Sunday October 19, will be refereed by Britain’s Strongest Man, Eddie Hall, who has won the title four times.
Gates open at 11am and the competition starts at noon.
Tickets cost £5 and are available on the day at the ground.
