The legend that is Johnny Marr who formerly played for Wakefield’s greatest musical export, The Cribs, will be one of those headlining Spain’s most famous festival later this month.
Thousands of music fans will venture to beach resort of Benicàssim - minus the wellies - for the four-day explosion of indie, rock and electronic talent.
Also taking to the stage are Sheffield’s four favourite lads, Arctic Monkeys, as well as Leeds’ band, The Kaiser Chiefs.
The sun-soaked festival, located between Valencia and Barcelona, opens on Thursday, July 18, and runs through until Sunday, July 21.
Beady Eye, Queens of the Stone Age, The Killers, AlunaGeorge, Hurts, Miles Kane and many more feature on the star-studded line up.
