Three injured in Fitzwilliam crash

THREE people were injured in a collision last night in Fitzwilliam.

A Ford Fiesta and a Bedford van were involved in the collision on Newstead Lane, shortly before 6pm.

The male driver of the Fiesta and the male driver and passenger of the van were taken to Pinderfields Hospital with injuries.

The driver of the Fiesta has been discharged but the two other people are still in hospital with serious injuries.

Anyone with information should contact the Southern Area Roads Policing Team at West Yorkshire Police on 101.
