South Elmsall Superdrug strikers return to work

SOUTH Elmsall employees who have been on strike for almost three weeks returned to work today (Tuesday).

The Superdrug workers had been protesting against a series of proposed changes, including different shift pay - which Unite the Union has said will leave some workers out of pocket by more than 2,000 - and cuts to overtime payments and sickness entitlement.

They voted in favour of returning to the Stadium Way warehouse in a ballot yesterday (Monday).
