Snow days were fun for some, while others struggled

SCHOOLS and work places in the south east of Wakefield were closed this week when heavy snow fell.

Residents enjoyed their ‘snow day’ off, sledging and building snowmen. But some parents and workplaces will have found the snow more of an inconvenience rather than a pleasure. We ask you if you had a day off due to the weather.
