Missing moggy needs his home

An adventurous black cat is hoping to be reunited with its owners after it took a trip to the country.
The feline made its escape in the toilet of a coach that was bought from Moseley coach company, based in South Elmsall, by Glovers, another coach company based in Derbyshire.
The vehicle was then driven to its new address in Ashbourne.
But bus owners got more than they bargained for as the cat emerged from the on-board toilet.
A pensioner - who is actually allergic to cats - took him in and fed him but now hopes to reunite him with his owner.
She is desperate to bring the two back together as she says the moggy is very loving and responsive and was very distressed when it was found.
Glovers have confirmed that the cat could have travelled on the coach, but added that they have several stray cats which turn up from time to time.
A spokesman from Moseley said: “We weren’t aware that there was a cat on board.”
The creature is currently at Ashbourne Animal Welfare’s The Ark animal sanctuary.
If you think this is your cat, or have any information about its owners, contact the sanctuary on 01335 300494.
Alternatively, visit www.ashbourneanimalwelfare.org or email ashbourneanimalwelfare@yahoo.co.uk.
The animal sanctuary is dedicated to the rescue and re-homing of stray and unwanted cats and dogs.
The sanctuary is an independently run charity and relies on their own fundraising and donations from the public.
It has an open day on Sunday, March 10, from 11-4pm.
