POLICE have joined the social media revolution by hosting an online surgery next week.

Inspector Geoff Carter, of Wakefield South East Neighbourhood Police Team, will be online to listen to any concerns between 6pm and 8pm next Monday, October 8.

Insp Carter said: “This is certainly a new way of me talking to local people and my intentions are for this to be a regular event.”
