More than 280,000 children have already taken part across Europe since it launched.

It’s pitched at youngsters aged five to 15. Trained staff will then measure each child’s ability during a 30-minute session and provide them with a free report – plus details of how to take their next steps in sport.

Xscape’s marketing manager Jade Elliott said: “How amazing would it be look back in ten years and say ‘here’s where we first helped discover this Olympic star’?

“This is a free, fun and exciting way of encouraging young people of all abilities to have a go. You never know, in some cases this could be life changing. It’s important to us that it’s free to encourage as many youngsters as possible to give it a go.”
