Lucky youngsters at Minsthorpe Community College took a trip to Paris over the bank holiday weekend.
More than 40 GCSE French students and staff went on the trip which was organised to give the children a chance to practise their French skills and sample a different culture.
On the visit the pupils stayed at Chateau de Grande Romaine in Lesigny in the south eastern suburbs of Paris.
During the trip, students visited the Eiffel Tower and had a sightseeing boat ride on the River Seine.
Craig Walton, who organised the trip, said: “The students were superb during the visit and were a credit to the college.
“They were accompanied by five staff to experience the culture and sights of the city.”
The excited students ended their trip with a full day at Disney Land.
Mr Walton added:“It was a fantastic weekend.
“The students really enjoyed it and it also gave them the chance to practise their French speaking and listening skills.”
