Monday is the last chance to visit an interactive mini museum exhibition at South Elmsall Library.
The ‘You are What you Ate’ display features artefacts found during the excavation of Sandal Castle. Visitors can also sniff and guess the smells and have a go at putting the tail on the donkey using beer goggles.
There will also be a free family craft session at the Barnsley Road library on Saturday, April 5.
Youngsters can create Easter baskets and Easter mobiles and enjoy a fun quiz, puzzles and enter the Easter egg colouring competition, with prizes for the best drawn egg.
The event takes place from 10.30am to 12.30pm.
Residents who are interested in tracing their family tree can get expert help every Monday from 10am to 12pm. The library also offers free access to online resources such as Ancestry.com and Find My Past.
There is also a weekly job club offering advice on getting back into work, retraining, creating or updating your CV and using online career resources. The free drop-in session takes place from 10am to 1pm every Tuesday.
