A demolition team is taking down a former mill which was destroyed by fire.
The building, on Queen Street, Ossett, is in danger of collapse and has to be pulled down for safety reasons.
Queen Street will remain closed until later this week when the demolition work is complete.
But businesses in the area are trading as normal.
More than 50 firefighters were called to tackle the blaze at the Fudge Jeans factory on Queen Street at 10.40pm on Thursday.
A spokesman for West Yorkshire Police said the fire started in a fuse box next to the main building.
