The 29-year-old was outside the Asda supermarket in Normanton on June 22 between 3.40pm and 4.10pm when a man she knew grabbed her in the car park.
But the man fled after a good samaritan intervened and asked if the victim was all right.

Police said the good samaritan was wearing a brown coat at the time.
Det Cons Clare Barran, from the Wakefield Adult Safeguarding Team, said: “We are investigating this incident and would very much like to speak to a woman in a brown coat who stopped to ask the victim if she was alright.
“We believe this lady may well have witnessed the incident and could well have information which will assist with our enquiry.
