Hemsworth MW remain eight points clear at the top of Division One of the Toolstation NCE League despite having two games postponed in the last week.
Wayne Benn’s men were left kicking their heels when their scheduled game at Eccleshill United was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch last Saturday.
It has now been rearranged for Wednesday, March 9 with a 7.45pm kick-off. Hemsworth’s match at Hull United, which was called off on January 23, has now been rescheduled for Tuesday, March 1 (7.45pm).
The table toppers also had their game at Dronfield Town called off after a midday inspection on Tuesday, but hope to get back in action at home this Saturday when ninth-placed Knaresborough Town are the visitors (kick-off 3pm).
They are still eight points ahead of closest challengers AFC Mansfield, with a game in hand, as the second-placed team also had their game postponed last weekend.
