An inspirational youngster who has autism will take on a 185-mile bike ride for charity this weekend.

Harry Goozee, 14, will cycle from Liverpool to Withernsea as part of a three-day challenge.

Harry - a pupil at St Wilfrid’s Catholic High School in Featherstone - has Asperger syndrome which makes it difficult for him to communicate with others and express himself.

He is raising money for autism charity National Autistic Society and Lullaby Trust, which supports families affected by infant deaths.

He will do the ride across three days, covering around 60 miles per day.

Harry’s route starts at Princes Parade in Liverpool and he will pass through Manchester, Barnsley, Thorne, the Humber Bridge and Hull. To donate log on to uk.virginmoneygiving.com/team/Goozee
