A funeral service for M62 minibus crash victim Bethany Jones is due to be held today.
The 18-year-old was killed and 12 women were seriously injured in the incident near junction 32 of the motorway on April 26.
Bethany’s family have asked mourners to wear her favourite colour pink at the funeral, which is due to start at 11.45am today, at St Joseph’s Church, Barnsley Road, Moorthorpe, near Pontefract.
A service is then due to be held at Pontefract Crematorium, Wakefield Road, Pontefract from 2pm.
Family and friends have been asked to gather together at The Grove, South Kirkby.
The minibus was taking a hen party of 21 women from South Elmsall to Liverpool when it was involved in collision with a lorry.
Bethany, a former pupil at Featherstone St Wilfrid’s Catholic High School, was training in Leeds to be a nurse.
The driver of the minibus, a 62-year-old man from Bradford, has been arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and bailed.
The lorry driver, from St Helen’s, was previously arrested on suspicion of the same offence and released on police bail.
