Youngsters at a summer playscheme enjoyed foods from around the world as part of an anti-racism day.
The children all brought in traditional foods from their countries - including Poland, Cameroon, Slovakia and the Caribbean - to the Burntwood Community Centre, South Kirkby. They also painted posters, world flags and people from different cultures.
The event, which took place as part of South Kirkby and Moorthorpe Playscheme, was organised to tackle racism in young children in the area. Alice Copeland, Jacob Malkin, Callum Hobbs, Kaden Manu are pictured with some of the posters they made. h400a332
