Arrests after alleged football attack
TWO men have been arrested after an alleged assault on a football supporter during a Sunday league match.
The Normanton men, aged 21 and 22, were arrested last night following the alleged attack during a match between Wakefield City FC and Kinsley Hotel FC.
They were released on bail pending further enquiries.
Police were appealing for witnesses following an incident last Sunday morning at Hemsworth Arts and Community College.
